CRO Manager | Hybrid | 3 days in the Hammersmith Office | 2 stage process | £50,000-£57,500 Bonus
I am working with a long standing client of mine who are after a CRO Manager to build their testing infrastructure and has built their capacity from scratch before.
There will be opportunities to move into a more lead position and hiring a CRO Executive in the next 6-12 months.
This is a great opportunity, to add value, stamp your authority and lead their CRO function alongside the Head of Digital Product for a global business.
They are doing a quick and streamlined 2 stage interview process starting ASAP and offering a salary of £50,000-£57,500 per annum bonus. I am also looking for CRO's who are happy coming to the office 3 days a week in Hammersmith.
The Role:
- Experienced CRO
- Happy creating, building the CRO capacity
- Set up testing program for 25 language websites
- Lead CRO Strategy
- Be the go to person around CRO consultation
- Knowledge of A/B & MVT Technologies
