Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) - Outside IR35 - London, onsite 5 days a week - 6 months, likely extension

My client, a globally recognised Asset Management firm are looking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) to join their rapidly growing business in London.

Before applying for this role, please be aware that you will be required to come into their office 5 days a week.

As a business they are one of the largest alternative asset managers in their industry and currently look after 915 billion in assets! They operate in private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, and growth equity.

They are looking for an experienced customer facing Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) who has previous experience working in a fast paced financial services environment, dealing with a variety of users inclusive of executives and VIP's

The Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) will have to be a great communicator, proactive and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows)

  • Maintain documentation on how the executives use their technology
  • Proactively identify and track problems/enhancements to continuously improve user experience
  • Identify new technologies or offering alternative ways to enhance their workflows
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot iOS, Windows 10 and Microsoft O365
  • Provide remote support of senior executive home offices even after hours
  • Proactive coordination with assistants on their technical needs during travel
  • Monitor and triage VIP queues to avoid any outstanding tickets for the team
