I am working with a high growth, tech focused, scale-up who need a Chief Product Offer to help take their product to the next level!

The CPO will oversee every element of the product from its conceptualisation to its launch and post-launch performance. The right person for the position is not just an effective leader, but a product evangelist and visionary, capable of spotting trends and setting goals for years ahead.

You will have the chance to grow the team with both contract and permanent hires, whilst managing a team and rolling up your sleeves when required.

I'm looking for someone with proven success elevating a product, creating a positive impact on a wider organisation, and driving a business forward.

The business is based in Central London, working on a hybrid basis, doing a 2/3 stage interview process and offering a salary of up to £150k (dependent on experience) as well as a 12.5% bonus, £4k car allowance, 30 day holidays, a sliding pension which goes up to 10% employer contribution as well as their famous yearly summit hosted
