Business Consultant.

I am currently working with a very exciting global consultancy that want to onboard a talented Business Consultant on a permanent basis.

As a member of the Consultancy team, you will be one of the primary points of contact between the company and their customers.

One of the most exciting parts of the role is attending customer sites, all expenses paid, all over the UK in order to deliver high quality, tailored, training and consultancy services on the best practice use of their Benefits software.

You should be technically minded and able to undertake all manner of consultancy services including completing management returns, data cleansing, extracting data for freedom of information purposes, creating and running seminars / webinars for the both end of year process and Subsidy completion service.

This role is fully remote but it involves a significant amount of travel across the UK.

The salary for this Business Consultant role is between £33000-£38000 per annum benefits company car mobile phone and laptop.

THE ROLE:

• delivering training on the company applications software to both new and existing customers.
• undertaking data checking and on-site consultancy in respect of customers converting to our software.
• updating and maintaining customer-facing training documentation.
• providing bespoke reports to customers using knowledge of database structure.
• developing an understanding of interface and integration requirements and specifications.
• undertaking detailed investigations of customer reported issues, providing workarounds where applicable.
• maintaining key relationships with Internal stakeholders, business analysts, product testers, product managers for Digital, Revenues and Benefits, Business Consultancy manager, professional services and Head of Operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of and experience with the current Housing Benefits applications
• Basic SQL skills
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience of building strong customer relationships, with the goal of improving the customer journey
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites within the UK, including overnight stay
