Ecommerce Business Analyst
My client is a fast growing and ambitious agency who are looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst to plan, organise and facilitate e-commerce website builds through the full project lifecycle.

Summary of responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Senior Business Analysts to gather clients' business requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to transform client briefs and supporting documents into clear and compelling user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to product backlog refinement meetings to ensure that user stories are well-defined and comprehended by all members of the cross-functional team.
- Verify deliverables against business requirements and actively participate in sprint demonstrations.
- Collaborate with team members to devise solutions that address technical challenges.
- Engage in technical workshops and client meetings for active participation and contribution.
Skills and experience required:
- Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking.
- Fundamental understanding of eCommerce and/or digital marketing systems.
- Desirable knowledge of Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopware, or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs and general API principles, with proficiency in using tools like Postman for interrogation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (or similar) and basic familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
