Automation Tester.

Automation Tester (Javascript, Cypress.io, Angular, UI) - Fully Remote - 3 months - Outside IR35

My client, a growing education tech business are looking for an experienced Automation Tester (Javascript, Cypress.io, Angular, UI) to join their team on a fully remote basis.

They are creating anew web platform that will help find teachers jobs in the UK and need to set up a new framework for this project

Skill Set required for the Automation Tester (Javascript, Cypress.io, Angular, UI)
* Recent experience of web app QA (SPA)
* UI testing experience
* Know how to test web accessibility
* Know HTML and modern web tech. and standards
* Able to formulate a test plan and carry it out methodically
* Some programming experience
* Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
* Comfortable using version control
* Comfortable with bug-tracking software (Jira)
* Knowledge of Kanban or Scrum
Ideal
* Recent accessibility testing experience
* UX & usability testing
* Working knowledge of WGAA standards
* Working knowledge of browser dev tools to optimise web sites
* Experience in writing web app test scripts
* Able to write Cypress.io test scripts or equivalent for automated-end-to-end testing
* Knowledge of Angular Framework
* Knowledge of continuous build pipelines, TeamCity
* Knowledge of Git and/or Bitbucket for versioning
* Knowledge of SQL databases
