We're actively hiring a remote Automation Engineer for our thriving global shared service consultancy, known for leading innovation and digital transformation. SC and BPSS eligibility is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements and independently design, develop, test, debug, and deploy software.
  • Configure, integrate, and lead the development of automated solutions for various business processes using Intelligent Automation toolsets, focusing on UiPath - RPA Software, MS Azure Cognitive Services, MS Power Platform, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET, Azure/AWS - Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify requirements and build automated technical solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
  • Engage customers throughout the build cycle, conduct show and tells, and provide hands-on demos of the automated solution.
  • Develop within an Agile delivery framework, adhering to a two-week sprint cycle.
  • Evaluate system requirements and recommend changes to Intelligent Automation Solutions, ensuring alignment with the IT strategy.
  • Lead complex technical automation code changes and collaborate with stakeholders for development tracked through Azure DevOps.
  • Support Impact Assessments during the Discovery phase, providing development estimates.
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA and Intelligent Automation software to enhance business productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in automation technologies (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, IT automation, and software development.
  • Detailed knowledge of API consumption, REST API integration, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with development management tools such as DevOps or JIRA.
  • Solid understanding of JSON data structures, ITIL awareness, and Platform as a Service.
  • Experience in various software development methodologies, knowledge of XML, and structural programming concepts.
