Account Manager (E-Commerce)

I am currently working with a very fast-growing agency looking for a superstar Account Manager with proven e-commerce experience and an appetite to build relationships with clients and enable growth.

They believe that work should be fun and that as a team they produce better work when people enjoy their job and are passionate about what they do.

The role requires a natural communicator who loves building relationships, with experience in managing and influencing clients, within an e-commerce environment.

This opportunity is fully remote, offering a salary range of £40000-£50000 per annum.

THE ROLE:

  • Instil trust in our clients through excellent communication
  • Arrange weekly calls with clients and implement monthly face to face meetings
  • Devise detailed contact reports to follow up on meetings
  • Be able to prioritise work for our Sprint planning, experience using tools such as Jira/Click Up.
  • Management and ownership of client retainer, whilst acting on behalf of the client as the guardian of their website.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience and expertise within the e-commerce industry
  • A clear and confidant communicator to internal teams and clients
  • Effective client stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of key KPIs and ability to deliver to them
  • Passionate about e-commerce and all things digital
