My client, a growing Ecommerce agency are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help manage a long list of wicked Ecommerce brands.

As the Account Manager you will be coming in a to help strengthen relationships understanding how you can expand their key accounts.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager

  • Instil trust in our clients through excellent communication
  • Arrange weekly calls with clients and implement monthly face to face/virtual meetings
  • Devise detailed contact reports to follow up on meetings
  • Implementation of client projects so that they run smoothly and efficiently, from briefing, developing timelines, and devising budgets
  • Create meaningful relationships with our industry partners for seamless integrations.

Skill set required for the Account Manager

  • 3 years of account management experience
  • Proven experience and expertise within the e-commerce industry preferable
  • A clear and confident communicator to internal teams and clients
  • Effective client stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of key KPIs and ability to deliver to them
