Overview
My client are looking for an experienced and professional AV engineer to join the London team and support our clients in the financial services sector. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various AV technologies, such as Crestron, Cisco AV, Zoom, Zoom Rooms, Teams, and more. You will also host and support webinars using Zoom and Teams platforms.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience installing & troubleshooting AV technologies
* Professional demeanour & able to work in fast-paced environment
* Experience hosting/supporting webinars via Zoom/Teams
* Experience working in Financial Services sector preferred
* Basic IT skills including O365 suite
* Essential network skills; ability to troubleshoot IP issues, reconfiguring ports, cabling etc.
* Be dependable and punctual
* Be flexible and have an adaptable approach to work
* Be available for some weekend/after-hours work
* Light travel may be needed at times
* Be present onsite in the London office Monday-Friday each week
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and test AV equipment and systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in a timely and professional manner
* Host and support webinars using Zoom and Teams platforms
* Provide training and guidance to users on how to use AV technologies
* Ensure compliance with AV standards and best practices
* Document and report on AV incidents and performance
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
* Keep up to date with the latest AV trends and technologies
