My client are a global organisation looking for a Product Owner to take the lead on the UX pillar of an eB2B UX improvement and feature enhancement programme. This project is aiming to increase the number of digital orders they receive on their eB2B platform by 25%.
Responsibilities
- Creation of Lean Business Cases & business requirements
- Manage the Product Backlog and quarterly prioritisation process
- Benefits Realisation
- Proven stakeholder management skills, working across multiple programme areas
- Brief the sales, customer service & Marketing teams on the benefits so they can launch and embed to customers
