Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and automating hardware provisioning using Ansible, and overseeing a hybrid cloud setup across multiple data centers. You will ensure robust system performance, handle on-call duties, and maintain ISO certification compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Ansible for managing hardware and automated provisioning.
- Implement and manage MAAS (Metal as a Service) for automated hardware provisioning.
- Oversee a hybrid cloud setup spanning three on-premise data centers and one additional data center for spillover to the cloud.
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal machines, without virtualization.
- Ensure system performance and reliability, including handling on-call duties.
- Maintain compliance with ISO certifications.
- Document and paraphrase technical tasks, manage tasks effectively, and create alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their problems.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Ansible for hardware management and automated provisioning.
- Experience with MAAS for tooling and provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments, specifically Ionos and Hetzner.
- Ability to set up and manage Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal machines.
