Your Impact: This is a brand-new and dynamic role focused on supporting the development and communication of a coherent technical and architectural vision for large-scale projects. Your aim will be to elevate system quality, productivity, and efficiency by providing actionable architectural guidance, solutions, and leadership.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring alignment with the Guild's enterprise architectural frameworks, processes, and standards, empowering teams to achieve business objectives effectively.

What We Seek in the Ideal Solution Architect:

  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies for architecture development, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design practices.
  • Deep understanding of cloud services, including their advantages, limitations, and best practices for migration and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, privacy standards, and testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of robust and secure solutions.
  • Ability to apply modeling and simulation techniques to validate and test solution architectures effectively.
  • Expertise in continuous delivery pipelines, integration, and testability to facilitate smooth and efficient deployment.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and ceremonies is advantageous.
