Your Responsibilities

• Shape the IT strategy for continuous improvement
• Manage IT service providers and the development department
• Plan and execute IT projects
• Enforce IT security and data protection policies, including the creation of BCM/disaster recovery plans

Your Qualifications

• Hold a degree with a focus on computer science/IT or equivalent
• Possess several years of professional experience in a comparable, leadership role
• Familiarity with project management and organizational tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge in the energy/metering point operation field is advantageous
• Familiarity with GitLab is a plus
• Experience with relational databases and agile software development
• Understanding of Linux server and network administration is advantageous
• Fluent in German with good English skills
