My client, based in Würzburg, Germany, is the leading developer of HR Management solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365, serving as the global HR competence center for Microsoft Partners. We're seeking a dynamic Software Development Team Leader who is dedicated to steering the growth of a globally-utilized software product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an international software development team using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft headquarters through online meetings and bi-annual on-site participation at conferences.
• Actively contribute to day-to-day operations, ensuring continuous improvement of development processes and providing 3rd level support.

Qualifications:

• Several years of software development or complex project experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Preferred: Experience in employee leadership or IT project management.
• Proficient in English.
• Desirable: Knowledge of software life cycle management, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
