ERP Specialist - Jeeves

My client is a leading provider of high-quality tools and machinery solutions. With a rich history spanning decades, they pride themselves on innovation, quality, and a commitment to excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to work with Jeeves to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview: As our ERP Specialist - Jeeves, you will play a key role in optimizing our business processes through the effective utilization of the Jeeves ERP system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration across our organization.

The role

• ERP Specialist/Consultant
• Reporting to Head of Software Development
• Ensuring applications created by the Development Team are integrated successfully with the Jeeves ERP system
• Working with current ERP specialist to take over management of the system when they retire - long term process as ERP system is very complex
• Identifying and implementing efficiencies, operational improvements, logistics and digitization processes
• Role based in Dortmund
• Requires fluent German

Responsibilities:

1. Jeeves ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Jeeves ERP modules to meet the specific needs of KS TOOLS.
2. System Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of Jeeves ERP with existing systems and applications.
3. Customization and Development: Customize and develop Jeeves ERP functionalities to align with business requirements.
4. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the Jeeves ERP system.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the ERP system.
6. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical problems.

The successful Candidate

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an ERP Specialist (Expertise in Jeeves ERP would be desirable but not expected)

1. Experience with ERP system(s) (5-10 years)
2. Not from SAP background
3. ERP specialist with an understanding of development, not a developer with ERP experience
4. Ideally a consultant with strong understanding of business processes and efficiencies
5. Experienced with relational databases
6. Knowledge of C# is a plus, but not essential
