A global leader in the ed tech space are looking to hire a talented Business Analyst (Salesforce, Product, System Integrations, Identity Management, Data) to join their rapidly expanding team in London on a hybrid WFH model.

With technology at the heart of transformation, they are looking for a proactive and pragmatic Business Analyst (Digital, System Integrations, Identity Management, Data) who is comfortable working in a face past environment and has proven experience managing senior stakeholders.

The Business Analyst (Salesforce, Product, System Integrations, Identity Management, Data) will be responsible for projects across the salesforce and the digital product space and integrating a student's sanctions platform.

They will be responsible for confirming the scope of the project, producing high level requirements looking at the strengths and weaknesses of various vendors and look in considerations from a data perspective.

Business Analyst (Salesforce, Product, System Integrations, Identity Management, Data)

• Lead the delivery of projects through Discovery, Build and Adoption - to agreed outcome
• Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Apply a strong level of governance around projects
• Ensure that the Business Requirements are analysed fully, with appropriate engagement from the business teams including the review of current processes and data sources
• Establish best practice, Agile driven process with scrums and sprints
