VP/Head of Engineering | Global Tech Business | 3 stage interview process | Hybrid Berlin | €100k-€150k

I am working with a Global tech business who need an experience VP/Head of Engineering so run a certain division of the Berlin engineering team.

This is an opportunity to add real value to a engineering culture, who has excellent leadership skill with a mixture of corporate and start up experience.

The VP/Head of Engineering interview process is 3 stages, hybrid working out of their Berlin office and offering a salary of €100,000-€150,000 per annum benefits

The Role:

• Not only will you be inheriting a team you will have the chance to make your own hires across Python, Data & Product etc
• Need someone with strong leadership
• Someone who has run teams before
• Experienced in running sizeable engineering teams and divisions
• Helped and hired engineers in the past
• Opportunity to grow a team in Germany
• Can create a strong engineering culture within the team
