I am working with growing Crypto start up in London who are scaling their technology teams and are looking to connect with experinaced Automation Test Engineers (JavaScript, Java, Playwright, Crypto, Trading) to be part of the their next chapter.

The business is looking for candidates who have worked in the trading / crypto sector with proven start up experience.

As a business, they work exclusively in the Crypto space and have built an advanced trading platform with a digital exchange for traders across the globe, working with recognisable currencies such as Ethereum and Bitcoin.

The business is in a very stable place, with new funding to help drive the next chapter of their recruitment. Part of this next phase will be to hire an experinaced Automation Test Engineer (JavaScript, Java, Playwright, Crypto, Trading) to define agile testing principles and frameworks.

The Automation Test Engineer (JavaScript, Java, Playwright, Crypto, Trading) will be responsible for manual and automation testing, working with a number of stakeholders in the business to understand their requirements and build automation frameworks that are fit for purpose.

Skill set required for the Automation Test Engineer (JavaScript, Java, Playwright, Crypto, Trading)

• Over 5 years' experience in automation testing
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• JavaScript / Typescript / Java
• WebDriver / Playwright
• CI/CD
• Jmeter or similar performance tools
