AWS Network Engineer (CCNP/ CCIE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, CISCO, AWS) - 6-month contract - £500 per day - Outside IR35

My client is a leading global investment firm that manages multiple asset classes. They are looking for a Cisco certified AWS Network Engineer (CCNP/ CCIE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, CISCO, AWS) who will be responsible for office build outs and the opening of new offices. They will also be responsible for multiple European sites to ensure that their network connectivity is up and always running. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with architecture engineering.
The AWS Network Engineer (CCNP/ CCIE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, CISCO, AWS) will be the wireless SME focussing on CISCO, LAN & WAN so will need proven experience ideally in the finance sector.

Required skills AWS Network Engineer (CCNP/ CCIE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, CISCO, AWS)

• CCIE or CCNP
• AWS Networking Certification
• Escalation point for Tier III support issues that are escalated from Tier I and II
• Provide Infrastructure services in all areas needed: LAN, WAN, cloud environments, network security and network monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting
• Working with our business and the engineering team to successfully implement secure LAN/WAN, wireless, and Data Center network solutions
• LAN and Data Center Fabric routing and switching design, configuration and deployment in small to very large environments
• WAN routing design, configuration and deployment in small to very large environments
