Product Designer.

Product Designer | Hybrid working | London Bridge | £60,000-£70,000 10% Bonus |12month FTC

I am working with a long standing client of mine who are after a Product Designer looking to take that next step in seniority, responsibility and someone who wants to join a business who takes the Customer and UCD extremely seriously and puts it at the forefront of their business.

They are doing a quick and streamlined 2 stage interview process starting ASAP and offering a salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum 10% bonus. This is an initial FTC for Mat cover but in the new year hoping to turn it into a full time role.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Product Designer to drive best practice
• Champion UCD
• Interested in working across global markets
• Own multiple design areas including customer journeys, wireframes, workshops, information architecture
• Collaborative process with key stakeholders, both directly through workshops and design sprints
• Work closely with our Development Team to refine and implement designs

Experience & Skill set

• Experience working across the full design cycle - UX & UI
• Understanding Discovery and what that means
• Used to working in Agile environments
• Comfortable running and owning workshops
• Present findings to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working solo and within a team
• Great attitude, open minded and someone who is willing to help

Product and the User is crucial to this business and coming in a designer will give you a lot of autonomy and value. You will see what your hard work is doing.
