Product Owner - Berlin - Fully Remote - up to 85k euros

So what can you expect from this busniess?

For the operational implementation of conventional on-demand transports as well as future autonomous transports, we are looking for a project manager for an unlimited full-time position.
You will analyze requirements from contract award documents and review their feasibility together with internal stakeholders.
You will work independently on procurement documents and prepare the necessary concepts, presentations and economic feasibility studies.
You are the contact person for potential clients in the context of market investigation and award procedures.
You independently take over the project management and coordination of various launch projects for our transport services.
You continuously evaluate the performance of your projects and ensure that the launch runs smoothly.
You are in constant exchange with all internal and external stakeholders, always make findings and decisions transparent and involve all parties.
From KPI tracking and feedback, you derive approaches for optimization and drive their continuous improvement, taking into account current technological possibilities.
You support challenging projects to build up, expand and optimize our centralized and decentralized processes and structures.

What you bring with you?

  • You have completed your studies (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on business administration, engineering, industrial engineering or business administration, at least with the grade "good".
  • You have 3 - 5 years of professional experience at a renowned start-up or in consulting and have already worked in a similar position or in the areas of project and process management, product management and/or business development.
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative mobility concepts and ideally already have experience with electromobility.
  • You are familiar with common methods of product and project management and are experienced in carrying out requirements specifications and optimization measures in interdisciplinary teams.
  • You enjoy acting as a project interface between different project teams and have a good feel for the further development of operational and administrative processes.
  • You are an excellent organizational and coordination talent and have the ability to recognize problems and solve them.
  • You like to tackle things on your own responsibility and at the same time manage to consider different interests in change processes.
  • You are a positive and open personality, a high degree of persuasiveness, creativity and commitment characterize you.
  • Your German language skills are at a native level and you are business fluent in English.
