Business Analyst | Home Based | Car Hire Company | £40,000-£50,000 | 2 stage interview process

I am working with a car hire company who are looking for a Business Analyst to come in and work closely on system upgrade projects. This role will involve a lot of collaboration with teams across the globe and will be a great learning opportunity.

The last person in this BA position was recently promoted which shows great opportunity for career progression.

Skills:

• Strong experience of working in a IT Business Analyst role
• Strong communication skills are crucial
• Experience of working to agile principles in teams
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Used to working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings to define key requirements
• Evaluate requested to determine feasibility
• Conduct structured demonstrations of requirements with business and project team members
• Working alongside multiple engineers
• Participate in testing to ensure needs are met
