Business Analyst/Project Manager role (hybrid, London based)

I am currently working with a leading supplier of iGaming content to the lottery industry. They supply over 22 national and state lotteries around the globe with innovative, leading-edge content that engages millions of players on a weekly basis.

With over ten years' experience of making top-selling, high quality instants and the strategic know how to make them work.

We are looking to onboard a talented Business Analyst/ Project Manager who is able to work autonomously as well as part of a growing team.

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and timely delivery of projects through the studio. This primarily involves managing multiple projects from brief through to completion by liaising with the appropriate resource, generally design, development and QA.

Working with the delivery managers, Head of Product, and relevant stakeholders you will aim to deliver projects to brief and on time and manage any blockers or gaps in information that prevents the studio from performing their tasks.

The role is functioning on a hybrid way, partly in the London office, partly from home, offering a salary of £40000-£45000 per annum.

THE ROLE:

  • Ownership of all internal and external facing documentation including:
    • Functional game specifications.
    • Client facing working papers.
    • Required compliance documents.
  • Handling queries from across the studio and seeing them through to the required resolution.
  • Documenting of the evolution of requirements and games through the design and development cycles ensuring all changes and decisions are clearly recorded.
  • Facilitation of project meetings.
  • Assisting in project retrospectives.
  • Ensuring project milestone are recorded and managed while identifying and highlighting any risks to the required stakeholders.
  • Co-ordination of tasks across the studio.
  • Devising and implementing process improvements as required by the business.
  • Covering the duties of the Delivery Manager as needed.
