Product Manager.

Product Manager - £60,000-£65,000 per annum 10% Bonus & 7.5% Pension & more

I am working with a well know UK brand and Market Leading company who are going through a huge growth phase after a busy 2020 and 2021 isn't slowing down either. I am after a strong Product Manager who will be working on driving the vision and strategy to deliver key systems to help their tailor and personalise the end to end experiences for their customers

Interviews are starting ASAP and they are offering a salary of £60,000-£65,0000 per annum 10% Bonus Benefits Share Scheme (worth roughly £20k)

Requirements:

• Experience building and executing ion a product vision and roadmap
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and engineering teams
• Experience of different testing techniques (A/B, MVT & MAB Testing) - ESSENTIAL
• Experience using analytics to drive ideas
• Used to collaborating with with other product teams
• Familiar with Marketing, user research techniques to guide and inform product usage

Responsibilities:

• Understand the personalisation strategy and work with stakeholders to define the key feature which will provide the biggest impact
• Define the product roadmap
• Explore new opportunities to drive adoption of personalisation across wider organisations
• Used to working with developers and other engineering teams
