Women are drastically underrepresented in the tech sector. In the tech sector, 67 percent of men are in full-time employment, compared to 42 percent of women.
We're currently facing a chronic skills shortage, and it's time employers and educators started to address the barriers to entry. A few improvements have been made, however, there's much more work to be done.
